About Us
Three generations connected to the meat industry
At SAJSpain, we are a family-owned trading company with a long tradition in the meat industry spanning three generations. Our origins date back to the 1940s, when the Muñoz family began trading livestock and meat products.
In the 1960s, our current slaughterhouse was built, designed for the processing of beef, lamb and poultry. This marked the foundation of Hermanos Muñoz S.L., which became the cornerstone of our production activity.
Following the pandemic, in 2021 we took a further step in the diversification of our business by creating SAJSpain, a company focused on the commercialization of meats produced in our own slaughterhouse as well as products sourced from trusted partner slaughterhouses and collaborators. We work exclusively with high-quality European and Spanish meats, carefully selecting the best cuts based on quality, reliability and service.
In 2024 we launched a new division dedicated to the production and trading of high-quality by-products for the Pet Food industry, responding to the growing demand for safe, consistent and traceable raw materials.
Our experience in both domestic and international markets allows us to provide a reliable and stable supply, fully aligned with the standards required by the industry.

Our Meats
Controlled quality from source to delivery
At SAJSpain we work exclusively with high-quality meats, selected and processed under strict internal quality controls. The best cuts come from our own processing facilities located within our slaughterhouse, where every stage of the process is supervised to guarantee traceability, safety and consistency.
In addition, we collaborate with selected partner slaughterhouses and producers who prepare cuts according to the technical specifications and quality protocols established by our production department. This allows us to offer a reliable and stable supply tailored to each client’s needs.
We produce and commercialize beef, lamb and poultry, supplying both domestic and international markets while maintaining high standards in freshness, handling and preservation.
We also provide Halal certified meat, produced in compliance with religious requirements and under the supervision of recognized Islamic certification bodies.
